Show Order History 

Toggle On/Off - Turning this on will let customer view their order history based on the sale type and status. Only the selected sale type and status (within each sale type) would be visible to customers. 

NOTE: Clicking the line next to the selected type will show a drop-down. At least one option has to be ticked within the drop down for it to save.
